Featherweight Cardigan

I finished this Featherweight cardigan months ago. I made it for myself - with more ease and a little longer than the pattern. I should have made two watches, one blocked and one unblocked. It was impossible to tell from the blocked swatch how long to keep knitting. When it was all blocked out I felt like it was too long, so into time out it went. I didn't want to take out the front/edge neck ribbing, taking out an inch or so then knit it all over again. Lace weight on size 5 needles makes for a lot of knitting. Then it dawned on me to have Adi try it on. The fit is great and it is a good addition to the work sweater wardrobe.  Now it's time do some stash diving so I can knit one for myself. Lessons learned.
