Last year I made an infinity scarf out of Malabrigo chunky yarn and fell in love. It was so easy to make and took no extra thinking like you have to do when following specific patterns. This year I found some really pretty Rowan British Sheep Breeds Boucle at Tolt in Carnation, Wa. I immediately knew I needed to make another infinity scarf. Here's a little step by step on how to make your own, it's really easy!
To make the scarf shown above:
I used 3 balls of the Rowan British Sheep Breeds Boucle.
-Cast on 35 stitches using size 11 needles.
-Use stocknette stitch (knit one row, pearl next row) until you can wrap the scarf around you neck comfortably (not too tight!).
-Cast off and then twist the scarf and match up the ends so that there is one twist in the circle.
-Sew ends together.
To make the scarf shown below I used the same steps except with 2 balls of malabrigo chunky yarn and cast on 55 stitches instead of 35.
