Painting Skateboards

A while ago Chris wanted to make me a cruiser board. He was going to surprise me by cutting one of his old ones into a cool shape, sand off the graphic, and then paint it. But instead of painting it himself he thought he'd ask me if I would want to paint it and of course I said yes not knowing what I was about to get myself into. With acrylic paint I painted the skate board (left above) and when I presented it to Chris to mount the wheels he said that the painting was too good to let get ruined by skating. So I admitted that it would look good mounted on a wall and Chris got me another skateboard. The next one went way faster but I still love it just as much.
